TCX Consult was established to address a clear gap in the market: organisations seeking highly experienced CX and Contact Centre consultants without the excessive costs typically associated with large consulting firms.

Our focus is deliberately specialised. We work exclusively across Customer Experience (CX) and Contact Centre operations, providing organisations with access to proven industry experts who bring deep operational, strategic, and transformation experience.

TCX Consult was founded by Nick Walker and Emma Holden, who each bring more than 15 years of experience in the CX and Contact Centre sector, along with extensive industry networks.

Nick leads business development, working closely with organisations to identify opportunities where experienced consultants can create meaningful impact. Emma oversees consultant and client engagement, ensuring smooth contractual arrangements and strong working partnerships between consultants and clients.

Our consultants are available for both short and long-term engagements, offering flexible support across transformation programs, operational improvement initiatives, and strategic CX projects.

TCX Consult is the sister company of Tenacity CX, a specialist CX and Contact Centre recruitment agency founded in 2016 by Nick and Emma. Together, the two businesses provide organisations with access to both expert consulting capability and specialist recruitment support.
